Our Team
Clara Zander
Clara has been raising animals and cultivating her fascination with nature for the last 30 years. She has worked on a diverse array of farms across the US, and after earning degrees in Conservation Biology and Sustainable Agriculture, started The Wild Way Farm in Asheville, NC. There she worked with a closed loop, multi-species livestock operation, reclaiming pastures through multi-species grazing, working with alternative feed sources, and building a licensed FDA inspected mobile processing facility. Clara believes that every farm system is unique and requires its own individual solutions, dependent on the land, its animals, and its stewards. She is fascinated with the practice of using Nature as a model to create closed-loop systems, develop resilient livestock production and ecological farming practices, and implement climate smart land stewardship.

He is a curious problem solver who tackles each new challenge using his wide array of experience to develop successful solutions to any problem.
