Remote Consultation

$150/hour

Our remote consultations are typically held virtually over Zoom and consist of a 60-minute deep dive into the topic(s) of your choice. This allows the appropriate experts to hone in on the question(s) you have and give you detailed, expert advice. Depending on your needs, remote consults may consist of multiple hour-long sessions.

On-Site Consultation

$150/hour plus travel

Our consultant(s) conduct a detailed on-site assessment of your land and operation. This allows us to give more fine-tuned advice and guidance than what we can offer virtually. Depending on the project and its scope, we may suggest one or more consultants conduct a site visit- please be aware this changes the hourly rate. Generally suggested for anyone interested in our design and planning deliverable services.

3-Month Retainer

$1,000

If you’re in process and don’t have all of your questions ready at once, this may be the best option for you. Have an expert on hand to answer questions via text and email, anytime they come up. Let us be your sounding board as you develop your farm, or as you work through a challenging project. In addition to unlimited texts and emails during the retainer period, you will also get a 60-minute deep dive consultation via Zoom to get into more detailed conversation about the topic(s) of your choosing.

12-Month Retainer

$3500

Like our 3-month retainer, but annual, and with more deep dives. If you’re mid-process and don’t have all of your questions ready at once, this may be the best option for you. Have an expert on hand to answer questions via text and email, anytime they come up. Let us be your sounding board as you develop your farm, or as you work through a challenging project. In addition to unlimited texts and emails during the retainer period, you will also get four 60-minute deep dive consultations via Zoom to have a more detailed conversation about the topic(s) of your choosing.

Planning and Design Deliverables

Starting at $2000. Estimates based on project needs.

This option is for those who want concrete planning and/or design work to facilitate their project. Whether you’re starting a farm from the ground up and want concrete plans on infrastructure layout, fence design, or water system development, or want to install a perennial planting such as an orchard or silvopasture, this option is for you. Planning and design projects are not limited to the above, and will be tailored to each clients needs. Estimates vary depending on scope.

Custom Consultation Package

For those who would like a combination of our offerings and want more thorough support throughout their process. Our custom packages are tailored to help you meet your goals efficiently and effectively. Estimates and packages vary depending on client needs.

Our Process

  • This is where we begin. A brief 15-20 minute, free phone call to gather background information and determine if we’re a good fit for one another.

  • Once we decide to move forward together, we will send you a Client Agreement and an Estimate. Both forms must be signed and returned prior to scheduling consultation services. Initial deposit of 50% of service estimate due at this time.

  • Now the fun begins! We will get you scheduled for your consultation service(s).

  • This is where the magic happens. We fulfill your consultation needs, whether its a single remote deep-dive meeting, or a custom consultation package over the course of a year. On the day that final services are rendered, the remaining 50% of service charges are due.

  • This is where we can evolve with you! If you decide that you want more from us, we will send you another round of forms, and keep the process going.
